Return / Refund Policy

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return your ring for a full refund back to your original payment method (see the fine print below). When sending it back, do us all a favor and reuse the packaging we shipped it in — it’s sturdy, planet-friendly, and one less box in the landfill. Heads up: returns for refund do have a small return shipping fee.

Exceptions (a.k.a. The Fine Print You’ll Actually Want to Read):

• Order Protection costs can’t be refunded if you return your ring.

• Engraved rings are final sale — but we’ll let you exchange it once within 30 days for a $30 fee.

• Silicone rings (including ENSO rings) are final sale — no refunds, no take-backs.

• Final Sale items (like certain Manly Gifts and ring sizers) aren’t eligible for returns. Check the product page for details.

Exchange Policy

In-Stock Rings:
These bad boys take 1–2 business days to process, then head your way with FREE Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — unless you upgrade to expedited shipping at checkout.
(Pro tip: “expedited” means less waiting, more showing off.)

Engraved Rings:
Give us 2–5 business days to make it personal — your custom message deserves a little extra time.

Made-to-Order Rings:
These are crafted just for you, so please allow 4–6 weeks for production before they ship. Once ready, they go out with FREE Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — or faster if you paid for expedited shipping at checkout.
(Note: expedited shipping is a one-time thing — it won’t apply to future exchanges.)

Sizers & Silicone Rings:
Ship out within 1–3 business days, then take about 5–10 business days to arrive with FREE shipping.

We don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays — our team needs to rest their ring-making hands, too.
